Privacy

Shopify data stays for buying decisions only.

Olli for Shopify uses store data to prevent stockouts, draft purchase orders, and protect cashflow. Last updated 31 May 2026.

What Olli reads

  • Shop domain, app install status, scopes, and sync history.
  • Products, variants, inventory items, inventory levels, locations, and demand-only recent order line items.
  • Purchase orders, supplier rules, lead times, pack sizes, expected arrival dates, and cost snapshots you create in Olli.
  • Campaign checks, daily email preferences, and Stocky migration files you choose to upload.

Why Olli uses it

  • To show what to buy, chase, transfer, or ignore today.
  • To draft purchase orders and supplier emails.
  • To avoid duplicate reorders when stock is already incoming.
  • To flag campaign stockouts, supplier delays, margin drift, and slow-stock cash risk.

What Olli does not do

  • Olli does not sell merchant data.
  • Olli does not use merchant data for third-party ad targeting.
  • Olli does not store Shopify customer names, emails, phone numbers, billing addresses, or shipping addresses from orders.
  • Order data is stored as demand signals only: order ID, date, payment status, SKU, title, quantity, and variant/product IDs.

Deletion and privacy requests

  • Olli verifies Shopify webhook signatures before processing privacy requests.
  • Merchants can download a shop-scoped data export from Settings.
  • Customer redaction webhooks delete matching synced order records.
  • Shop redaction webhooks delete the connected shop record and Shopify app data.
  • Privacy request audit records store hashed identifiers, not customer email or phone values.
